Shintaro Mizuno and José Hernán Cibils found each other through Facebook, met in person for the first time in Nagoya on August 31, 2012, and on September 4 began their first tour throughout Japan - including Sapporo, Sendai, Miharu (Fukushima), Tokyo, Nagoya and Okinawa - always with great success and arousing the enthusiasm of the public.

Here you can listen to a selection of live recordings made during this tour. They include Argentine tangos and chacareras (two of them in trio with Seo Takashi on bass), as well as free improvisations.

Shintaro Mizuno is a Japanese violinist. He began playing the violin at the age of 2. He studied at the Nagoya University of the Arts and at the Prague Conservatory in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, he went to Buenos Aires to study tango with Miguel Angel Bertero and Fernando Suarez Paz. Shintaro has performed in Japan with orchestras and chamber groups as a soloist. He released his first CD in 2012 where he performs tangos and his own compositions.

José Hernán Cibils studied piano at the J.J.Castro conservatory in La Lucila, and composition and conducting at the Catholic University of Buenos Aires. He then continued his conducting studies with Professor Rolf Reuter at the Musikhochschule "Hanns Eisler" in Berlin, Germany, where he currently resides.

He develops a wide musical activity as a composer and plays the piano with various ensembles, such as "Tango Filarmónico", which includes three members of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra. He has already toured Japan four times.

水野慎太郎（ｳﾞｧｲｵﾘﾝ）とJosé Hernán Cibils（ﾋﾟｱﾉ）が出会ったきっかけはFacebook。
そこで意気投合した二人は、ベルリンと日本という遠距離でも「スカイプ」を使って
最初のリハーサルを行い、2012 年の8 月3１日、名古屋にてようやく初めて実際に会
うことができました。
そしてその数日後の９月４日から札幌でスタートした彼らのデュオ全国ツアーは、仙
台、福島（三春）、東京、名古屋、岐阜、ラストの沖縄まで、各地で大絶賛を得なが
ら大きな成功を収めたのです。
このＣＤでは、そのツアーの記録から選んだライブ録音数曲を収めました。
アルゼンチンタンゴやチャカレラのほか、フリーセッションや瀬尾高志氏（コントラ
バス）とのトリオ演奏も収められています。

水野慎太郎（みずのしんたろう）
愛知県（みよし市）在住のヴァイオリニスト。
2 歳からヴァイオリンを始め、国内のコンクール入賞多数。
名古屋芸術大学、プラハ音楽院に学び、その後ブエノスアイレスにてタンゴを
Miguel Angel Bertero 氏、Fernando Suarez Paz 氏に師事する。
帰国後はタンゴの活動の他、クラッシック分野でのオーケストラ、室内楽のソリストとしても活動している。
2012 年、自作楽曲を含めた無伴奏タンゴヴァイオリンアルバム
「PLAY TANGO」をリリース。

José Hernán Cibils （ホセ エルナン シビルス）
サンタフェ（アルゼンチン）出身。
La Lucila 音楽院でピアノを、またブエノスアイレスのカトリック大学で作曲と
指揮を学ぶ。
その後、現在も在住しているベルリン（ドイツ）のハンス・アイスラー音楽学校でRolf Reuter教授のもと、指揮法をさらに研鑽する。
彼は作曲家として、また様々なグループのピアニストとしても豊富な経験をもとに世界中で幅広い活動を展開し、2012 年にはベルリンフィルハーモニーオーケストラ団員と"Tango Filarmónico"を作り活動した。
また彼は大変な親日家であり、既に4 回の日本ツアーを行っている。
